The Fund The EV Amadeus Asian Clean Energy Fund is a private equity fund focused on investing in clean energy companies and projects in the Asia Pacific region. We see clean energy emerging as a new assset class and that specialist knowledge and experience will become increasingly important for investment success. Investment criteria Our focus is on providing growth and expansion to companies that fit within our investment criteria. We look for companies that are close to or at profitability with a view to exit each investment within 3 years. We seek companies with a large addressable market, a cohesive management
